Five easy steps to working with Debo Homes.
1. Choose the community of interest.
Choose your city of interest for the map and visit often to find the latest information about Debo Homes and special incentives for the Realtor and your client.
2. Register your client (in person or by phone).
(Register your client in person) Bring your client with you on their first visit to Debo Homes and fill out a Realtor Referral Registration. Your service fee will be protected for a period of 30 days. (Register your client by phone) If you are unable to accompany your client on the initial visit, you may visit the sales office in advance and pre-register your client or you may register your client with a telephone call to one of our Sales Consultants prior to the initial visit. Please make sure to register you client BEFORE they independently visit a sales office and register themselves with a Debo Homes Sales Consultant.
3. Working with your Debo Home Sales Consultant.
Your Debo Homes Sales Consultant is your point of contact throughout the entire process. Feel free to ask any questions or cover any concerns with your sales consultant.
4. New Home Construction.
The benefits of new home construction-you do not have to deal with appraisals,
inspections, or repair requests, just help your client find the Debo Home of their dreams and your sales consultant will handle the rest.
5. Closing.
Your Sales Consultant will handle all the details . right down to setting the closing time at the title company. You can show and sell a Debo Home assured with the knowledge your client will be well taken care of.
